It's the day of A-level results, and Chris's funeral. The gang has made a pact not to look at their
grades until after they've said goodbye to Chris. But Jal can't face getting out of bed and Cassie's halfway across the world. Then, to cap it off, Chris's dad appears and tells Sid the group are banned from the funeral. So who does Sid go to? Tony. Even though they're not really friends anymore. By the end of the season, our friends will have said their goodbyes to Chris and each other, Tony and Sid's friendship will have been altered forever, and Sid will be on his way to where he belongs: halfway across the world. It's the end of an era. But look who's coming up behind: it's Effy... the new Queen of SKINS. Skins Episode 19 premieres Sunday, December 21, 2008 at 10pm/9c, only on BBC America. |

For those of you who are a bit lost, BBC America aired Skins Series 1 & 2 back to back. BBC America already ended airing both series, it's being reaired from the beginning only thing it's at 3 AM on Saturday's, & Series 1 will be released on DVD on January 13.

I LOVE SKINS! :) i found the show randomly on youtube one day and watched the whole thing! I FINNALLLY got my dad to get BBC AMERICA (the channel) and I am pretty sure it's close to the end. I really hope they re-run it. And they better bring season 3 here aswell :)
oh and i really think they need to do more promotion for the show over here. i swear to god more people would be interested in it if they only new about it. anyways:) skins has got to be one of my all time favorite shows! |

Skins is one great show. and yes i do have a schoolboy crush on Cassie she's kind of cute more cuter than Michelle, Jal, Effy, and Crazy Sketch. Once again Skins is one great show and i love watching it. Y : )

Hey just saw your comment. Episode 16- Effy and episode 17- Jal are part of Season 2. I'm not sure if BBC America picked up the show from the second Season or what. Or if they already aired Season one back in August and are currently airing Season 2.
They are both fantastic seasons and i'm sure you can find them elsewhere on yourtube or online. Looking forward to Season 3...sad that the cast has been changed up though. |

First off sorry but I haven't paged through all of the comments...but can someone tell me if we here in the U.S. are starting on season one. By the looks of things (checking out other sites for the show) they're showing us season 2.

I like skins, but it doesn't compare to Degrassi The Next Generation, and it also seems like it is over dramatic and unrealistic at times.
